The Him & Me Foundation empowers young girls to navigate their emotional, mental, and social journeys with resilience, confidence, and purpose. By fostering meaningful relationships, particularly between fathers and daughters, we create transformative opportunities for growth, healing, and community connection. Through innovative programs, therapeutic initiatives, and creative expression, we equip girls with the tools to thrive, supported by a strong foundation of family and community care.

We Desire to Be the Household Name in Father-Daughter Experiences
For over a decade, we have been at the forefront of youth development, reaching young people from disadvantaged economic, social, and family circumstances. We have actively engaged youth that other organizations found challenging to reach, providing prevention, awareness, and practical support. Our philosophy has always centered on the belief that every girl deserves the experience of a healthy father-daughter relationship. By addressing the emotional complexities that arise from father absence, we have fostered resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-discovery among girls aged 12-17.

Fathers + Daughters: The Soul of the Him & Me Experience
The vision of the Him and Me Experience is to strengthen the father-daughters bond by equipping dads with tools, resources and support to cultivate that relationship; globally abolishing the absent father stat. Him & Me sets out to transform the landscape of father-daughter relationships globally. I envision a world where every little girl has the opportunity to cultivate a strong, loving bond with her father, laying the groundwork for her self-esteem, confidence, and future relationships.
